Popular Gengetone VDJ Jones shared a post of an upcoming DJ Competition that will award the Winner with Ksh.50,000. The post has since got mixed reactions from Kenyan Deejays
The poster which was shared on his social media page entails Deejay to battle if he/she is the best in his DJ Skills. The contestants are to share s short clip showcasing the talent, the contestants will then be shortlisted.
If you are lucky and get shortlisted you are required to pay a non refundable fee of Ksh. 2000.Many Kenyan Deejays felt the competition should be free and felt VDJ Jones was taking advantage of the situation to milk them their hard earned money in this tough economy.
